What if it goes right?

Change Managers and their project colleagues often spend time worrying about what might go wrong. They put controls in place to ensure that nothing goes off the rails, minimising risk and keeping a steady hand, just in case “something goes wrong”.

But what happens if, instead, something goes right?

Sure, we need to keep an eye on risk but if the overwhelming sentiment is to make sure nothing goes wrong, the best you can hope for is change.

If we want to move the needle towards Transformagination, the mindset needs to be adjusted. As we have said, it doesn’t work everywhere and it doesn’t work for everyone.

BUT … if you want to really want to see Transformagination, start thinking about what could go right.
